An online meeting was held at the International University of Tourism and Hospitality via the ZOOM platform, dedicated to the mandatory employment fulfillment of state educational grants by graduates.
The main objective of the meeting was to provide graduates who studied under the state grant with comprehensive information regarding the terms and requirements of their service obligations.
The keynote speaker was Anuar Zamiruly, a representative of “Financial Center” JSC. He provided a detailed explanation of the state educational grant conditions, the fulfillment procedures, employment requirements, and the legal framework. Additionally, the speaker addressed specific questions from graduates and highlighted pressing issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
During the event, participants received vital information about the duration of the service period, job selection opportunities, conditions for working in rural areas, and the measures taken in case of non-compliance with obligations.
In addition to the main topics, the following key points were discussed:
Exemption from fulfillment: The speaker explained the exceptional cases in which graduates may be exempt from their obligations (e.g., enrollment in a Master’s program, health issues, or family circumstances).
Employment monitoring: It was noted that “Financial Center” JSC conducts regular monitoring of pension contributions to verify actual employment.
The University plans to continue holding such consultations to help future specialists launch their careers with confidence and avoid legal complications regarding state obligations.
