The main purpose of the registrar’s office is to manage the processes related to the registration of the complete history of the student’s academic achievements throughout the entire period of study.

• Assistance to students in learning along the chosen learning path together with other academic departments of the university: high-quality performance of functions; maximum openness in work; timely completion of tasks.
• Coordination and monitoring of the educational process, organization of the current, intermediate and final control of all forms of education in accordance with the academic calendar of the university within the framework of the educational process.
• Providing timely and high-quality service to students.

• compilation of the academic rating of students;
• preparation of documents for awarding vacant educational grants;

• registration and accounting of the movement of the student contingent -deductions from other universities, intra-university transfers, transfer from course to course, re-admission, transfers, re-course;
• preparation of orders and proposals for the student body;
• presentation of statistical and other reports on the contingent of students;
• issuance of a certificate at the request of students;
• registration, registration and issuance of diplomas, duplicates and appendices to graduates
• maintaining and storing students’ documents to the archive.
