MAIN PURPOSES

The main purposes of the Department are the organization and implementation of activities aimed at high-quality completion of professional practices by students within the framework of the implementation of a practice-oriented educational process, an educational process with elements of dual training for students, integrated with work to improve students’ employment skills, increasing the significance of their training, promoting the employment of graduates University in the labor market, updating theoretical and practical knowledge, improving professional growth and skills of teaching staff and specialists.

DEPARTMENT DIRECTIONS

The department’s activities are carried out in four main directions: organization and conduct of professional practice of students; organization of the educational process with elements of dual training of students; organization of work on employment of university graduates; organization of professional development of the teaching staff and university staff.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT

  1. The main objectives of the department for the organization and conduct of professional practice of students:
  • establishment of contacts with the main domestic and foreign employers, monitoring of the conclusion of contracts with them for professional practice;
  • control over the conduct of professional practices;
  • formation and maintenance of a fund of regulatory documents in the field of professional practice, provision of these documents to all interested parties.
  1. The main objectives of the Department for organizing the educational process with elements of dual training for students:
  • identification and establishment of connections with organizations that can offer students places for practical training;
  • control over the development of a dual education program;
  • registration of contracts with each of the organizations participating in the dual training program;
  • coordination and control of the organization of the educational process for dual education.
  1. The main objectives of the Department for the organization of employment of university graduates:
  • establishment and maintaince of direct and permanent contacts with organizations, institutions and enterprises, obtaining from them up-to-date information about available and expected vacancies for University graduates in the future;
  • organization of annual job fairs to facilitate the establishment of contacts between graduates and potential employers;
  • organization of seminars, trainings and consultations for graduates aimed at developing job search skills, resume preparation, interviewing and career planning;
  • provision of employer companies with information on University graduates who want to start working after graduation;
  • administration and updating of the database of University graduates.
  1. The main objectives of the Department for the organization of advanced training of the faculty and staff of the university:
  • search for universities, organizations or experts who can offer courses or training programs for the faculty and staff of the university; organization and conduct of seminars, trainings, professional development courses and professional retraining of specialists, obtaining additional knowledge by them necessary for the performance of professional activities.
