Students of the International University of Tourism and Hospitality won prizes at the XVI Republican Subject Olympiad. The winners and their leaders were awarded by the Chairman of the Board-Rector A.J. Shokparov, who thanked them for increasing the prestige of the University.
12 teams competed in the Olympiad “Theory and methodology of Physical Education”, held at Kostanay Regional University. Students of the School of Physical Culture and Sports of our University Nurteleu Gazizuly, Polat Ospan, Asanali Bozhbanbai, Elmurat Ergeshov, Ksenia Samsonova, Asem Syrlybekovna took part in the competition and won prizes. They were supervised by university teachers J.M. Yesirkepov and A.K. Anarbayev.
According to the results of the Olympiad, the team of the International University of Tourism and Hospitality took 2nd place among the Kazakh groups. In the individual competition, Polat Ospan took 2nd place, Gazizuly Nurtileu took 3rd place, they were awarded diplomas and monetary rewards. Ksenia Samsonova took the 2nd place among the participants of the Russian groups in the individual competition.
This historic victory is the result of the perseverance and dedication of our students and the professional qualifications of our managers.
