The following documents should be attached to the application:
- Personal record form;
- Resume;
- Copies of diplomas for higher education, academic and scientific degrees, documents confirming academic titles, as well as their originals for verification;
- Copies of retraining and qualification improvement certificates, as well as their originals for verification (including certificates for inclusive education and digital competencies, hybrid or distance learning);
- List of scientific papers and inventions (if available);
- Medical certificate form No. 075;
- Certificate of the presence or absence of information on registration issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the commission of a criminal offense;
- Certificate from a narcological organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
- Certificate from a psychiatric organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
- Identity card (copy);
- Contribution plan of the candidates to the school’s development (a presentation consisting of 2-3 slides).
The absence of documents as per the list constitutes grounds for refusal to accept the application. Participants of the competition have the right to provide additional information regarding their education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
Note: The competition is conducted offline.
Professor
Higher or postgraduate education, possession of an academic degree, academic title, managerial work experience in educational organizations or in the field for at least 5 years, preferably proficiency in a foreign language at the B2 level, skills in developing computer programs, software documents and projects, educational programs, fundraising skills, and commercialization skills, advanced analytical skills, ability to build reliable and effective business relationships within the team, experience in domestic and international research institutions, within the last 5 years, it is necessary to have certificates of qualification improvement corresponding to the profile of the studied disciplines.
Associate Professor (docent)
Higher (or postgraduate) education, possession of an academic degree (Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the relevant field, academic degree of Doctor of Sciences in the relevant field), work experience in scientific and pedagogical activities for at least 5 years or work experience in the field for at least 10 years.
Individuals who have been awarded the honorary title of Merited Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan or hold a diploma as a laureate of an international competition in accordance with the profile of pedagogical activities, and the title of “Merited Coach” are considered equivalent to holding an academic degree of Candidate of Sciences.
Senior Lecturer
Higher (or postgraduate) education and/or a master’s academic degree, work experience in scientific and pedagogical activities for at least 3 years, including at least one year in a teaching position, or practical work experience in the field (profile) for at least 5 years.
Adjunct Professor
Higher (or postgraduate) education, practical work experience in the field (profile) of more than 5 years.
Lecturer
Higher (or postgraduate) education and/or a master’s academic degree, or a minimum of 2 years of practical work experience in the field.
