Advanced training courses “Tour guide” were held at the International University of Tourism and Hospitality in cooperation with the Akimat of Turkestan.
The training courses were attended by guides of the state historical and Cultural Museum-reserve “Aziret Sultan”, specialists of the tourist service center, representatives of travel companies.
The training course, organized with the aim of developing and promoting the tourist destination of Turkestan, is being implemented within the framework of a bilateral memorandum. Professors and lecturers of the International University of Tourism and Hospitality held lectures on special topics and shared practical skills. As a result, 40 people completed a 72-hour refresher course on the topic “Fundamentals of guide training” and received certificates.
In the future, university teachers will train specialists in various fields, improving their skills. Thus, the International University of Tourism and Hospitality contributes to the development of regional tourism and the provision of quality services.
