The staff of the International University of Tourism and Hospitality took a refresher course on the topic “Management in education: University transformation and change management”.
During the course, the approaches of business modeling in higher education institutions and the specifics of the implementation of process and system approaches aimed at continuous improvement of the quality assurance system were studied, the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the management of higher education institutions and educational programs were considered. The professional development program was conducted by qualified experts in the field of quality Skiba Marina Alexandrovna, expert of the National Center for the Development of Higher Education, PhD, Associate Professor and Efimova Irina Evgenievna – PhD, Associate Professor, international expert in the field of higher education.
Upon completion of the advanced training course, all participants were awarded a certificate.
