- 1995, he worked at the Dzhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry in the following positions: assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor,
- deputy dean of the general technical faculty (1986-1992) and the accounting and economic faculty (1992-1994), dean of the preparatory faculty of the higher educational institution (1992-1994).
- In 1995, he took the position of director of the Dzhambul branch of KAB ” Igilik Bank “. In 1996, he was appointed head of the Department of Economic Theory at the newly formed Dzhambul State University and until 2004 he worked in this position at the Taraz State University named after H. Dulati.
- 2004, he worked at the IKTU named H. A. Yasawi. He held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Economics in 2004-2006.
- 2006, he was appointed Deputy Director for Academic and Methodological Work at the Turkestan Institute of Humanities and Business (2006-2008). Since 2008, Dean of the Humanities and Pedagogical Faculty of the Correspondence Department (2008-2009).
- 2009 to 2014, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, from 2014 to 2016, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
- 2016-2023 Professor of the Department of Economics of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yassavi
