Department of economics and budget planning

The main goal of the Department is to ensure effective economic and budgetary planning aimed at organizing rational production, economic, financial and economic activities of the University.

• exercising control over the analytical financial and economic activities of the University;
• development and submission of the draft budget for approval.

• Budget planning, submitting it for approval, making changes and additions, coordination with the University administration and the administrator of budget programs;
• Determination of funding directions according to internal documents, submission to the Board, the Academic Council, the Board of Directors, the Budget Commission and other collegial bodies of the University and submission of relevant proposals for approval of the financing plan, program and development plan;
• Implementation of relevant works (state registration of the issue of announced shares, amendments and additions to the prospectus of the issue of shares of the University in terms of increasing the number of announced shares and submitting it to the Board of Directors) to increase the authorized capital of the University;
• Conducting data analysis and making proposals on budget formation, financing University projects, changing the structure and staffing of the University, bonuses, forgiveness of payment debts and other incentives, as well as savings, reducing University costs;
• Formation of a strategic vision, development and approval of a development plan, efficiency assessment, monitoring of development directions, initiation of corrective amendments.
