The Department of Competence, Career and Employment organized a meeting with manager Akzira Serikkali, a representative of Financial Center JSC on the ZOOM platform for graduates of schools “Physical Culture and Sports”, “Tourism” and “Hospitality” on the issues of mandatory training of young specialists.
At the meeting, Akzira Serikkalikyzy explained the legislative basis for working out, in which cases the graduate undergoes mandatory training, within what time limits. She told that reimbursement of expenses incurred at the expense of budgetary funds is provided, in proportion to the actual period worked out according to the formula for determining the working period.
She also noted the need to respond to the SMS newsletter from number 1414. The importance of this innovation simplifies the procedure for obtaining information from graduates about employment.
In turn, the representative of JSC “Financial Center” Akzira Serikkalikyzy noted that young professionals can contact managers directly, if parents have any questions, they are always ready to answer them.
