On April 7, 2026, the D. Isabekov Hall hosted an educational master class entitled «Application of Muscle Diagnostic Methods in Sports Training and Fitness».
Objective:
To introduce participants to innovative approaches for assessing the muscular system and to teach effective integration of these methods into the training process to enhance performance and minimize the risk of injury.
Speakers: Almas Anarbayev – Professor, expert in sports medicine and physiology; Azamat Sadvakasov – Fitness instructor.
During the master class, the speakers demonstrated modern technological solutions and diagnostic techniques that accurately determine muscle readiness for physical exertion. Particular emphasis was placed on the practical session, where participants observed equipment operation algorithms and real-time data interpretation methods.
The event was held in a format of open dialogue and knowledge sharing. Participants highlighted the high practical value of the insights gained, which are applicable to both professional sports and the fitness industry.
