GOAL OF THE DEPARTMENT

  • Organization of interaction with other structural divisions in order to ensure the main activities of the university.
  • Taking into account the needs of the university, ensure the development of a comprehensive system of personnel planning, their rational and effective use.

DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES

  • Considers current and pressing issues of the University’s personnel policy.
  • In accordance with the Labor Code, considers issues of hiring, dismissal and bonuses.
  • Supervises the administrative and management service of the University.
  • Monitors the mechanism for stimulating university employees to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collects and systematizes data on the quantitative and qualitative composition, development and movement of personnel.
  • Ensures compliance with internal procedures in accordance with the requirements of the disciplinary commission.
  • Ensures compliance with the requirements of the collective agreement between the university and trade union members.
  • Organizes the process of certification of university employees and checks their results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT

  • Review of the current personnel policy of the University and identification of development prospects.
  • Consideration of issues of hiring, dismissal and bonuses in accordance with the Labor Code.
  • Supervision of the administrative and management service of the University.
  • Collection and systematization of data on the quantitative and qualitative composition, development and movement of personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Disciplinary Commission.
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the collective agreement between the university and trade union members.
  • Organization of certification of employees, examination of certification results.
  • Ensuring the operation of the management apparatus from a scientific and methodological point of view, updating the material, technical and information base.
  • Coordination of work to improve the qualifications of employees and develop their business careers.
  • Ensuring legal and social protection of university employees.
  • Encouragement of employee work.
  • Ensuring a favorable socio-psychological climate.
  • Automation of personnel procedures.
