Job responsibilities

  • Represention of the interests of the University in the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, institutions and organizations, regardless of the organizational and legal form and forms of ownership in the field of activity within the limits established by the University Charter.
  • Control over the execution of the Rector’s instructions, ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the Academic Council and the Rector’s orders within his/her competence.
  • Regulation of individual labor relations with employees of supervised departments.
  • Control, management and coordination of the work of supervised structural units, including schools for academic and scientific activities.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the functioning of the educational and methodological direction of the University.
  • Coordination of the activities of the University Academic Council.
  • Coordination and control of all advisory bodies on academic and scientific work of the University.
  • Control and coordination of work on the development and approval of educational programs implemented at the University.
  • Control over the activities of the University’s departments for the implementation of scientific research work (hereinafter – SRW).
  • Organization and strengthening of University relations, scientific and scientific–technical cooperation with the institutions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leading industry research institutions and organizations.
